The apartment has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m). One bedroom with a single bed (0.90 m x 2 m), and another bedroom in the converted attic with two single beds (0.90 m x 2 m), as well as a sofa and TV. A crib and high chair are available free of charge!

In addition, there is a bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.

The main windows are equipped with fly screens. Pleated blinds provide shade for the windows.

The vacation rental has a beautiful furnished balcony. There is also an outdoor storage room for bicycles and a private parking space.

This property is available for rent during the Easter and fall breaks for stays of five nights or more, with no fixed check-out day.

The “Carmen” and “Silke” accommodations are located in the same building; “Haus Jan” is right next door, should you need more space.
