This beautiful, comfortable, and new ground-floor apartment is located in the canal district of Greetsiel. The fishing harbor, cozy restaurants, and grocery store are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, blender, and much more.

2 bedrooms (including exterior blinds), one bedroom with a second satellite TV. A shower/toilet with a washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer are also included.
The floor is fully tiled (allergy-friendly). The bathroom and the living-dining area feature comfortable floor heating.

A guest restroom is also available in the apartment.

Satellite TV, a DVD player, and a CD/radio, as well as an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack, are also part of the furnishings.

Patio with an electric grill and patio furniture. There is a garden shed for storing bicycles you bring with you.

The large property is completely fenced in (except on the side facing the moat).

The “Wattvogel” apartment is located in the same building, should you need more space.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out noise and dust disturbances.
