Shower (barrier-free and with a built-in seat)/toilet, and washer/dryer, hair dryer, and towel warmer are part of the upscale amenities.

The apartment also features an additional separate toilet.

The floor is fully tiled. All rooms have underfloor heating.

Satellite TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio, as well as an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack, are also included.

Windows and patio doors are fitted with fly screens. The windows in the bedrooms have electric exterior blinds.
