The vacation apartment features a shared dock with direct access to the water.<br><br>Grachtensteern captivates with a spacious living-dining area that invites you to linger. The color-coordinated, nautical-inspired furnishings immediately create a cozy atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the apartment fill the space with natural light. Privacy is ensured by the pleated blinds on all windows. Furthermore, all windows are equipped with insect screens. The adjoining south-facing balcony invites you to relax and unwind. Here, you can spend wonderful evenings with a cup of tea or a glass of wine while watching the boats go by. <br><br>High-quality and stylishly furnished, this accommodation leaves nothing to be desired and spoils its guests even on dreary Nordic days with a crackling fireplace and underfloor heating, which transform the living area into an absolute oasis of comfort. Snuggle up on the cozy, large L-shaped sofa and watch the stormy weather through the large windows with a cup of East Frisian tea after a long walk in the brisk breeze. <br><br>Indoor entertainment is provided by 3 flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedrooms, board games, and a selection of books. A Bose sound system is also available in the living room. For even more relaxation, box-spring beds are provided in every bedroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a double box-spring bed (180x200 with an open footboard), a TV, and electric blinds. This way, you can relax and sleep in a little longer. The converted attic features two single box-spring beds (each 90x180 with an open foot end), which can be pushed together if needed. The attic has also been fitted with blackout pleated blinds. You’re sure to sleep well no matter where you are. You’ll also find a second restroom and a smart TV in the attic.<br><br>The fully equipped kitchen, with its perfect array of appliances, sparks interest even in self-proclaimed non-cooks and lets you serve up the most delicious creations.
