Welcome to the new (January 2023) “Nordseebrise” upstairs apartment in Greetsiel’s Grachtenpark!

Step into the spacious living-dining area with a well-equipped kitchenette (including a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle). You’ll also find a dining table with four comfortable chairs and a sofa with two armchairs and a large TV. From here, you can step out onto the furnished balcony.
Also on this floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV, as well as the bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, washer-dryer, and walk-in shower.

In the converted attic, behind a lockable door, is the second bedroom with two single beds.

The upper floor is fully tiled and equipped with underfloor heating; the attic has laminate flooring. All windows have pleated blinds, and the main windows also have fly screens.

In the storage room, you’ll find a high chair, a crib, a clothes rack, an iron, and an ironing board available for your use.

Smoking and bringing pets are not permitted in this apartment.

A parking space is included with the apartment, and a lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet is also available for your use. There is a shared dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

Effective immediately, we can offer you charging stations for electric cars at the Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a fee based on usage); however, we cannot guarantee permanent or unrestricted availability.

The “Lieblingsort,” “Lütten Uttied,” and “Malte” accommodations are located in the same building; other accommodations in Grachtenpark II include “Grachtensteern,” “Grachtentied,” “TiefSinn,” “Unnerdack,” “Perle,” “Robbe,” “Schnack-Stuuv,” “Seepferdchen,” and “WATT a feeling.”

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise and/or dust disturbances.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are available for rentals of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location with access to the canals offers a beautiful view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short distance away. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the water.
