The space
Lucy’s Lookout is a comfortable, updated lake-view condo in Roman Ridge at Trader’s Landing, one of the most central and walkable areas at Deep Creek Lake.

The condo is designed to be an easy home base for lake trips, ski weekends, hiking adventures, and relaxing evenings by the fire. Inside, you’ll find updated flooring, fresh paint, new furnishings, fast WiFi, Roku TVs, air conditioning, in-unit laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, dishes, utensils, and basic cooking essentials. The layout includes a main-level bedroom with queen bed, a loft bedroom with queen bed, a lower level bedroom with Full-over-full bunk beds, two full bathrooms, a private deck with lake views and a wood-burning fireplace.

Restaurants, coffee shops, lake access, and rental outfitters are all nearby, while Wisp Resort is only a short drive away.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire condo, private deck, and community parking areas.

Check-in is fully self-service using keypad smart locks, making late arrivals easy and convenient. Your unique access code and detailed arrival instructions will be sent prior to check-in.

Parking in Roman Ridge is shared community parking rather than individually assigned spaces. Most guests park near the condo, with overflow parking available nearby when needed. Please do not block roads, drive lanes, neighboring units, or park underneath the deck.

Some owner storage closets remain locked for supplies and maintenance equipment.

Other things to note
The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase, which may not be ideal for young children, guests with mobility concerns, or frequent nighttime trips upstairs.

Deep Creek is a mountain-and-lake environment. Guests should expect changing weather, snow, rain, pollen, wildlife activity, and the occasional insect despite regular professional cleaning and treatment. Bears are commonly seen in the area.

Garrett County winter weather can change quickly. AWD/4WD or snow tires are strongly recommended during winter months. Refunds are not provided for weather, road conditions, travel delays, or utility outages caused by storms. Travel insurance is recommended during ski season and winter travel periods.

Exterior security cameras monitor entry and exterior access areas only. There are no cameras inside the condo.

Dock slips, lake access amenities, and rental availability may vary seasonally and may require separate reservations or fees.

This is a quiet residential condo community. Please respect neighbors and keep outdoor noise low, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This condo is best suited for guests looking for a relaxing Deep Creek stay and is not a good fit for parties or large gatherings. Exterior lighting is provided for guest safety and nighttime arrivals while still respecting the quiet residential setting of the community.

The main living area and loft are air conditioned for summer comfort, and baseboard heat is installed throughout the condo for winter stays. The main-level bedroom does not have a separate A/C unit, but guests can adjust temperatures during their stay using the provided controls.

The Roman Ridge HOA does not permit guest pets, so we are unable to accommodate animals at the condo, including visiting pets.
