Playing catch in the spacious yard, practicing yoga under the apple tree, barbecuing with friends – these things and more are part of the experience that we like to provide at our luxury vacation home. Set in a secluded location, our Forest Chalet is rich in history and effortlessly combines both Austrian comfort with a modern interior and facilities.

Ground Floor
The open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee- and tea makers, electric stove with oven, and more, opens up into the beautiful dining and living area. Light-filled rooms, a large dining table, and the direct access to the terrace with its canopied lounge and barbecue area provide the perfect starting point for quality time together. After dinner outside, the ideal place to continue long conversations and finish the glass of wine is next to the open fire place in the living room. The perfect end to a perfect evening is a relaxing bath in our whirlpool tub. And no worries – a separate WC will ensure you can stay in the water for as long as you need.

First Floor
The first floor boasts an impressive view of the surrounding mountains and fields from its three bedrooms, each with a direct access to the balcony. Another small bedroom, which can be reached via the master bedroom, is the ideal place for a childrens’ room. The bathroom, which includes a shower, is separate from the WC - an ideal set-up for stress-free family times. The biggest highlight for your little ones is most definitely the play house and countless toys. A foosball table is the perfect addition for both young and the young-at-heart.

Yard
The 1000m2 yard is enclosed with a hedgerow, providing a safe haven for your little ones’ outdoor adventures. Whether they’re roaming around the yard, climbing up the apple tree or building castles in the sand, you can feel free to join the fun or relax on the sunbeds instead. A large terrace is the ideal spot for leisurely breakfasts and barbecues with friends alike. The herbs growing in your garden are an added bonus for all your kitchen adventures. Our canopied lounge area on the western side of the house adds another possibility for some romantic alone time.

Location
The Forest Chalet is set in a beautiful private location amidst lush green fields and is only a stone’s throw away from popular attractions and instagrammable destinations like the Bluntau valley and the Golling Waterfall. The town center, which is only a 5-minute walk away, offers popular dinner spots, charming bars, supermarkets and independent shops. The local Aqua Salza wellness spa & pools, as well as a playground are also within walking distance. Private parking spaces are right outside the vacation home, and available for guests of our Forest Chalet. The Forest Chalet is also the perfect spot for your furry friends. With several lanes and paths to explore right from your doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice on your daily walks.
