This spacious 3-room apartment is located in the center of Nortorf. There are plenty of public parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity for both short- and long-term stays. With approximately 90 square meters of living space, this ground-floor apartment at the rear of the building features its own garden of approximately 200 square meters, which includes a koi pond with a filter house and a garden sauna.

Through the shared entrance hallway—which leads to two other vacation apartments (1st floor)—you’ll reach the courtyard hallway. From here, the apartment hallway leads past the first bedroom. This room features two single beds, a dresser, nightstands, and a wardrobe. Another hallway leads to the fully equipped, modern kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, fully automatic coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. There is also a cozy seating area for two people here.
The adjoining bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. The living room offers a beautiful view of the garden and is furnished with a cozy corner couch, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining table for 4–6 people. The second bedroom is directly adjacent and has a 2-meter-wide double bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a closet.
The entire apartment has tile and laminate flooring and is therefore suitable for people with allergies. The garden is exclusively available to guests of Apartment 03. Here you’ll find a two-meter-deep brick-lined koi pond that currently houses seven koi. The fish can be observed through the recessed pond windows, but no swimmers should enter the pond. For a fee, you can use the garden sauna, which reaches 90°C and accommodates four people, as well as a grill. Garden furniture is available year-round. The approximately 30-square-meter paved terrace is covered with glass and adjoins the rear entrance to the garden.
