A warm welcome to our SAVA vacation home.

This cozy 5-bedroom vacation home is located in the small fishing village of Garz on the sun-drenched island of Usedom.

Nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet have come to the right place.

In the neighboring fishing village of Kamminke, you’ll find a small fishing harbor and a natural beach with a swimming cove.

The famous imperial seaside resorts of Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck, and Bansin—with their unique villas and fine Baltic Sea beaches—are just 9 km away.

The picturesque landscape of the island of Usedom is especially well suited for exploration by bicycle.
Wonderful forests and lakes can be reached quickly and easily via the bike path right next to the house.
The island has a lot to offer—whether on foot, by bike, by boat, or even from the air.

There are plenty of great places to eat on the island of Usedom. There’s something for everyone.

- Kayser Imbiss in Garz, just 50 m away.
- Beer garden in Kamminke right by the harbor, about 2.5 km from Garz. Barbecue nights are held there on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays.
- Restaurant Der Rote Baron in Zirchow, about 3 km from Garz.
- Harbor restaurant Zur alten Fischräucherei in Rankwitz, about 10 km away. You can also buy fresh fish at the fish counter.
- Very good and affordable restaurants, cafes, and pizzerias in the neighboring Polish town of Świnoujście, about 4 km from Garz.
- If you enjoy cooking or simply want to barbecue in the garden, you’ll find good shopping options both in Swinemünde and in the surrounding area, such as in Ahlbeck (LIDL about 7 km, NETTO about 4 km, KAUFLAND approx. 6 km, REWE approx. 11 km away)

During peak season (June 20, 2026 – September 9, 2026), check-in and check-out are only possible on Saturdays.

A local contact person is always available.

We are happy to provide bed linens and towels free of charge for your stay.


We offer a cozy vacation home with 120 square meters of living space in Garz on the island of Usedom, accommodating up to 8 people (+ 1 toddler up to 2 years old).

On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa seating area by the fireplace, satellite TV, and a large dining table. You’ll also have access to a fully equipped kitchen (with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and induction cooktop). Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower and toilet.
