The house is located about 100 meters from the beach. The pedestrian zones of Westerland and the spa promenade are just a 2-minute walk away. The "Sylter Welle" and spa facilities are only 200 meters away. Close to the beach, yet just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

Step out the front door and you’re right in the heart of Westerland’s vibrant life. Friedrichstraße, with its numerous shops and restaurants, is “the” shopping district on Sylt. The entire pedestrian zone is right at your feet. Westerland’s main beach is just a few meters away. A short walk takes you to the Kurmittelhaus. Here, you’ll find water aerobics, aqua jogging, various massages, different treatments, and wellness programs. The “Sylter Welle” water park, with its many amenities—including a sauna, solarium, water slide, and several swimming pools—is only about 200 meters away, as is the convention center.
The cozy, well-appointed apartment on the 2nd floor is approximately 34 m² and accommodates 2 people. The living room is equipped with cable TV and a stereo system. It also features a comfortable fold-out bed for 2 people. From the living room, you can access the sunny balcony, the kitchen, and the modern bathroom with a shower.
The west-facing balcony features seating for relaxation and leisure.
The kitchenette features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle and an egg cooker, a toaster, an ironing board, and an iron.
The nearest bakery (approx. 80 m) and a specialty grocery store (approx. 100 m) provide everything you need for daily shopping.
