However, we noticed that you were unable to contact us via smartphone. Your colleague, on the other hand, was able to call us without any problems. We provided him with a detailed explanation of the check-in process over the phone and also re-sent the check-in link to your friend for your convenience. Even after check-in, you could have reached us by telephone at any time. We always inform our guests that they can contact us anytime should they have any questions. Regarding the air conditioning, it is true that it is not common for apartments in Switzerland to be equipped with AC. However, we have provided each sleeping room with fans for your comfort. Additionally, our apartment description clearly mentions that the apartment is not equipped with air conditioning. Concerning the security deposit, we always collect the security deposit and tourist tax in cash to avoid bank transfer fees, which can sometimes be as high as 25% depending on the country. The deposit is fully refundable on the day of your departure. Sehr geehrter Gast, Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für unsere Ferienwohnung „Enjoy LUCERNE“ entschieden haben. Wir vermieten unsere Ferienwohnung seit Februar 2023. Die Matratzen sind hochwertig, mittelhart und erst acht Mona alt, deswegen können sie nicht durchgelegen sein. Die Lattenroste sind auch von guter Qualität. Was die Balkonmöbel angeht, geben wir Ihnen recht. Wir haben momentan nur eine Liege und einen Tisch auf einem der zwei Balkone. Aber wir arbeiten dran und werden für den nächsten Sommer schöne Balkonmöbel kaufen. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles gute und werden uns freuen, Sie wieder im Apartment „Enjoy LUZERN“ begrüssen zu dürfen.
