Following a two-year complete renovation, the newly designed vacation apartment has been available since 2023 to guests seeking a modern, maritime atmosphere and upscale comfort. <br>The Friesenhuus No. 2 apartment features a spacious entryway with a coat closet and provides access to the modern bathroom, which includes a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, and hair dryer. The centerpiece of the apartment is the open-concept living and dining area with a large window facing the terrace and garden. Here, a cozy couch corner with an armchair invites you to relax. Board games, a flat-screen TV with Smart TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system provide plenty of entertainment. The high-quality kitchenette is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a coffee maker (choice of pods or filter), a kettle, a toaster, and much more. The dining table seats up to 5 people. <br>The master bedroom is spacious and offers a direct view of the garden. It is furnished with a double bed (180x200) with an open footboard. The second bedroom features a single bed and a bunk bed (each 90x200). This makes the bedroom ideal for 2 adults or 3 children. Both bedrooms have a built-in closet and blackout curtains. <br>The large, furnished south-facing terrace is perfect for sunbathing and offers plenty of privacy thanks to the balcony above and the side privacy screen. <br><br>The garden, complete with a barbecue area and a spacious lawn, is available for shared use. From the spacious entryway of the house, you have access to the laundry and drying room. You can park your car right next to the house in the reserved parking spaces. <br><br>The detached house “Friesenhuus Carolinensiel” is located directly behind the dike, on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is surrounded by a large lawn. The Harle River, with its idyllic promenade, the historic “Friedrichsschleuse” drawbridge, and the middle dock for the historic paddlewheel steamer Concordia II, is just 100 meters from the house. Numerous playgrounds (300 meters) and the “Cliner Quelle” spa center (350 meters)—featuring an indoor pool, saltwater pool, sauna area, and a variety of wellness offerings—are just a few steps from the front door.
