Wake up to ski slope views from your living room, walk 15 minutes to Heavenly's Stagecoach lift (or drive 7), and skip the California-side crowds entirely. This fully remodeled mountain home was built for two kinds of trips the all-out ski weekend and the month-long work-from-Tahoe escape and it nails both.

Ski it. You're on the quiet Nevada side of Heavenly, where Stagecoach locals dodge the long gondola lines. Stash your gear in the dedicated ski locker, boot up, and walk to the lift then watch the slopes from the house while you recover with apres drinks. Stateline's casinos, restaurants, and Lake Tahoe's beaches are minutes down the hill.

Work from it. This isn't a cabin with a wobbly desk in the corner. Two fully dedicated offices/workstations and high-speed internet mean you and a partner can both take video calls without negotiating over the kitchen table. Ski the morning groomers, log on by 10, and take your lunch break on the mountain.

Play in it. Movie nights on the projector TV, big screens throughout, and a ping pong table for settling family rivalries. The home sleeps 8 with smart, space-saving design: a bedroom with twin bunks the kids will fight over (in a good way), plus two queen Murphy beds that fold away to keep your living space open.

The kitchen. Recently upgraded top to bottom with all-new appliances actually equipped for cooking a real dinner after a powder day, not just reheating takeout.

One honest heads-up: the house sits up 83 steps from parking. It's what buys you those slope views and the treehouse-in-the-pines feel and it's a genuine workout with luggage, especially in winter. Pack accordingly, take it slow in snow, and consider it your warm-up lap. Not recommended for guests with mobility limitations.
