A stylish and modern vacation apartment, newly built in 2022 and measuring approximately 60 square meters, for short- or long-term stays in Weilburg. This modern apartment is ideal for 4 people; an additional person could sleep on a sofa bed. The 60 square meters include 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with natural light, and a living room that opens directly onto a small balcony. There is a coat closet in the entryway. Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with a sliding-door wardrobe with a mirror and a solid-wood bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. You’ll sleep on high-quality 7-zone cold-foam mattresses and slatted bed frames. The living room features a SMART TV and a sofa bed. Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cutlery, dishes, pots, toaster, dish towels, and a coffee maker. You’ll find a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, hair dryer, sink, toilet, washing machine, and natural light. A small selection of toiletries will be provided upon your arrival. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. Cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment. In front of the house, you’ll find a cozy courtyard with a seating area and a smoking area. You can start your day comfortably on a small balcony. A parking space is available in front of the house. A garage is available for the safe storage and charging of bicycles and e-bikes. Our vacation rental is powered by a photovoltaic system. This vacation rental is located on a quiet side street in a residential area above the Lahn River with a good network of bike paths. Pets are welcome here; please let us know when you book. We look forward to your visit. Ahausen is a small, beautiful, quiet town in the immediate vicinity of Weilburg on the Lahn. It has good transportation connections to the B49 or the highway. Weilburg is geographically situated between the Westerwald and Taunus low mountain ranges. Our vacation rental is located on a quiet side street in Ahausen. There is a bus stop in the village itself, about 300 meters away. Geocaching is very popular in Weilburg and the surrounding area. The surrounding area offers many excursion options, such as canoeing, the Kubach Crystal Cave, the Weilburg Zoo, biking and hiking along the Lahn River, Weilburg Castle and the Mining Museum in the heart of Weilburg’s old town, and much more. The city of Limburg and its cathedral are also worth seeing. You’ll also find Braunfels Castle in the immediate vicinity. Braunfels boasts a beautiful old town and much more. From our vacation rental, you can walk directly to the Lahn River, where you can enjoy extensive hikes. The Lahn is perfect for canoeing, fishing, hiking, and biking.
