Enjoy lake life on beautiful Lake Edward, a 2,000-acre lake perfect for all kinds of water activities.

• 2 paddleboards, 2 kayaks, 4 life jackets, plus 2 infant life jackets
• Dock for docking your boat, sand beach, swimming, or simply sitting and enjoying the views
• Spacious yard with yard games, including Corn Toss and Yardzee
• Beach wagon to help carry items to the dock and around the yard
• Solo Stove, Adirondack chairs, and firewood on-site for evenings by the fire
• 2 patios — one with a dining table and another with chairs and a sofa
• Charcoal grill available; charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided

Parking
• Large driveway with space for up to 9 vehicles, or a few vehicles with trailers
• A long section of the driveway is shared with the neighbor, but the homes are approximately 1,000 feet apart, so the property still feels private

• Under 10 minutes to downtown Nisswa for shopping, dining, and entertainment
• Conveniently located in the heart of the Brainerd Lakes Area, making it easy to explore local attractions year-round
• Just 10–15 minutes from the Whitefish Chain of Lakes and Gull Lake Chain of Lakes
• About 20 minutes to Crosby for hiking, biking, coffee, and more
