Two balconies, 90 square meters of comfortable living space: Hello from your new vacation home, just 200 meters from the dike.

To ensure you have a thoroughly relaxing vacation on the North Sea, we completely renovated the entire apartment in 2018. The spacious living and dining area is perfect for spending time together after an exciting day at the beach. The apartment features a total of three bedrooms. Two of them have a 1.80-meter-wide bed, while one is equipped with a 1.60-meter-wide bed. All three bedrooms have a TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could want. The underfloor heating in both bathrooms provides pleasant comfort. The two balconies—one facing east and one facing south—are a special bonus. Here you can enjoy the fresh North Sea air and take a deep breath!

Tip: A beach chair is available for you free of charge at the Familienlagune (subject to season and weather conditions). So: Take off your shoes, feel the North Sea sand, and enjoy the open space!

Please note that occupancy by more than 6 people is not permitted; this also applies to infants.


Property:

The house between the dikes consists of three modern, quietly located apartments that were completely renovated in 2018. Apartments 1 and 3 are located on the first floor, while Apartment 2 occupies the entire upper floor.

The two larger apartments each have two parking spaces (depending on the size of the car), and the smaller one has one parking space.

Wi-Fi is, of course, provided.

You can store your bicycles in a common area.

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV. You’re welcome to use the washing machine and dryer in our shared laundry room free of charge.

The house is located about 200 meters from the dike. Whether you’d like to visit the beach, the family lagoon, the spa gardens, the harbor, the Meerzeit indoor pool, or the town center with its many restaurants and shops, everything is just a short walk away.
