Our new and modern vacation home is available for rent at the Success Rhederlaagse Meren Vacation Park in Lathum (near Arnhem and Nijmegen, and just under an hour from Amsterdam).<br><br>Sleeps up to 4 people; non-smoking property; no pets allowed.<br><br>About the vacation home: The chalet was completed in the summer of 2021 and is situated on a very beautiful lot, with a stunning view from the terrace of a pond featuring a small fountain.<br><br>It also features a modern bathroom, a living and dining area with an integrated kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all necessary dishes, pots, and cutlery. Both air conditioning and gas heating ensure a cool environment in the summer and cozy warmth in the winter.<br><br>Our large, furnished terrace is covered and equipped with a table and chairs, a lounge set, and two sun loungers. Thanks to its south-facing location, you’ll have a sunny spot around the clock. A charcoal grill is also available for your use.<br><br>Wi-Fi can either be booked at the front desk for use throughout the park or used free of charge at the accommodation. You’ll also find the login details at the accommodation.<br><br>About the park: It’s located right in nature by a large swimming lake, with a sandy beach and access to the IJssel River.<br>A new outdoor pool with slides has also been built. The park features a restaurant, a snack bar, and a bar.<br><br>The swimming lake, complete with a beach bar, is just a 5-minute walk away.<br><br>Here, you can enjoy activities such as water sports, swimming, cycling, fishing (for a fee), taking walks, or simply relaxing. There’s something for everyone here.<br><br>There’s also a small marina where you can rent boats and moor them. Bicycles and e-scooters are also available for rent so you can explore the area.<br><br>For day trips, you can reach the beautiful cities of Arnhem or Nijmegen in just about a 15-minute drive. Amsterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht are about an hour’s drive away. <br>There are also restaurants and an ice cream shop near the park (a 10-minute walk).
