The Space:

Welcome to your private luxury retreat in the heart of Chicago’s iconic Gold Coast! By combining two stunning units within the same building, your group can enjoy the entire property with plenty of space to relax, gather, and explore the city together.



Together, these beautifully designed apartments offer a total of 8 bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, spacious living and dining areas, and accommodations for up to 23 guests.



The penthouse unit features four bedrooms - two king beds, two queen beds - and three full bathrooms plus a half bath. The duplex unit features eight bedrooms - four king beds, two queen beds, a bunk bed, and single bed, and three additional full bathrooms.



Each unit features stylish modern furnishings, high-speed WiFi, smart TVs, and fully stocked kitchens ideal for large groups. One of the highlights of the property is the incredible private rooftop space with breathtaking Chicago skyline views — perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or gathering with your group after a day in the city.

Getting Around:

By Public Transit:

Multiple CTA bus routes run along Lake Shore Drive, Clark, Dearborn, and Division, offering quick access from downtown, River North, Lincoln Park, and the Loop. The Red Line (Clark/Division or Chicago station) is the closest L stop, just a short walk from most Gold Coast locations.



By Car:

The neighborhood sits just west of Lake Shore Drive, making it simple to reach from the north or south. From downtown, it’s only a few minutes’ drive up Michigan Avenue or State Street.



From the Airports:

Both O’Hare and Midway are accessible via the CTA trains (Blue Line from O’Hare, Orange Line from Midway) with easy transfers to buses or a short rideshare to the neighborhood.

No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit. Please smoke outside.



Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the penthouse is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.



Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.



Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the penthouse is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.



Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $500 will be required before check in.
