Please note that the guest entrance is located at the side of the house (35A Torbay Road).

The smart lock automatically locks shortly after the door closes, so guests should always bring their phone or remember their personal access code when stepping outside.

Please be careful when using the exterior concrete steps, especially during dark hours. An outdoor light is available for additional visibility.

Small pets are welcome. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.
