This modernly equipped vacation home, featuring a traditional thatched roof, shutters, a fieldstone fence typical of the area, and an 889 m² lot by the pond, is located in a new vacation home community. It offers plenty of space for four guests (two bedrooms with double beds) and features a spacious living-dining area, an inviting bathroom with a tub and shower, a toilet, and a sauna on the upper floor, as well as a guest restroom on the first floor.

On the first floor, there is an approx. 30-square-meter living-dining area with a cozy couch, a wood-burning stove, satellite TV with Sky, and, in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 4 people. The spacious terrace offers a magnificent view of the pond and plenty of morning and evening sun.
