Our cozy, fully equipped basement apartment, “Casa Franconia,” is located in the most beautiful part of Würzburg. The location is ideal for a quiet stay while still being able to explore everything quickly:<br><br>. A 5-minute walk to the banks of the Main, the Main Bike Path, and the supermarket<br>. A 2-minute walk to the tram stop<br>. A 10-minute walk to downtown or the “bar district” (Sanderstrasse)<br>. Restaurants, bakeries, and more are right nearby<br>. Secure bike storage is available in the basement<br><br>. The apartment features a small kitchenette with a table and two matching high chairs—where you can enjoy your morning coffee, work on your laptop (Vodafone Cable 100), or read the newspaper :-) As shown in the photos, the kitchen area is separate from the living room/bedroom. The living area features a double bed made up of two mattresses (90 x 200 cm), a small sleeper sofa, and a large TV. The bathroom is accessible through the kitchen-living area—there you’ll find a large sink and a shower.<br><br>Please note that, unfortunately, the apartment does NOT have its own parking space. There are parking options on the street, though of course we cannot guarantee that a spot will always be available. We’ve compiled detailed information on free parking options nearby in our information folder (which you’ll find in the apartment).
