Then our Helfer-Alm is the perfect place for you. This cozy cabin can accommodate up to five people and is situated at 1,150 meters above sea level in a sunny, secluded location. Surrounded by approximately 4 ha of meadows and 11 ha of alpine pastures, with a wonderful panoramic view of St. Martin am Tennengebirge, the Dachstein, and the Tauern Mountains, you can relax in peace and enjoy your vacation. Our alpine hut is easily accessible by car via a forest road. With 120 m² of living space, you’ll find everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing vacation—far away from all the stress and hustle and bustle. Outdoors, comfortable seating and lounge chairs are available for your use.

Hiking and Relaxation on a Mountain Hut Vacation: Deer in front of the house, Helfer-Alm in St. Martin am Tennengebirge. Our alpine hut is the ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking. From the Helfer-Alm to the Frommerkogel, where you’ll find alpine huts serving food and drink and a fantastic panoramic view. Hiking areas such as Annaberg-Lungötz-Lammertal and Dachstein West are right nearby. Enjoy the peace and quiet on our covered terrace, which is perfect for a nice evening barbecue. After a wonderful day, treat yourself to some relaxation in the sauna

The Helfer-Alm was originally used for farming. The vacant farm building next door is a reminder of those summer days on the alpine pasture. We’ve furnished the alpine hut for our guests with great attention to detail. Look forward to a completely refurbished kitchen featuring plenty of reclaimed wood and the new entryway.
