Nordstrandperle Ap. O1 - Modern apartment right on the beach

The Nordstrandperle is part of the “Bremer Logierhäuser.” Of this complex, built in 1873, the present-day “Nordstrandperle,” located at the intersection of Moltkestraße and Roonstraße, has been preserved as a building from the Wilhelminian era. A comprehensive renovation and modernization in 2020–2021, while preserving the historic façade, has resulted in modern, high-quality apartments. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.

Apartment O1 is located on the first floor and features a balcony facing southwest. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner stove. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Guests’ bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building (basement) and are available for shared use for a fee, which is particularly convenient for longer stays.
A maximum of 1 dog is permitted (height no higher than knee-level).

The E Apartments: Ground-floor apartments with a sunroom; these apartments are located on the first floor and are accessible via 16 steps.
The S Apartments in the basement—barrier-free: These apartments are located in the basement and are barrier-free.
The O Apartments in the annex with a balcony: These apartments are located on the upper floor and are accessible only via stairs.
The H – Apartments in the Main Building: These apartments are located in the main building and are accessible by elevator or via the stairwell.
