We provide 3 kayaks and an inflatable paddleboard for guests to enjoy—paddle around the bay at your own pace or just drift and take it all in. No reservations required, just good weather and a sense of adventure.

- MBTA ferry (Pemberton Pier) — seasonal commuter ferry service connects Hull/Pemberton Point to Boston (Long Wharf) and can serve connections to Logan Airport; convenient for visitors and commuters in summer months.

- MBTA bus — Route 714 and local shuttle/seasonal buses link Pemberton Point, Nantasket Beach and nearby Hingham transfer points.

- Commuter rail — Nearest MBTA Commuter Rail station is Nantasket Junction in Hingham (Greenbush Line); requires a short rideshare/taxi or local bus from the station.

- Car — Main access via Nantasket Avenue (Route 228/3A) — the peninsula has limited road options and can be congested in summer. Parking near the beach and ferry is available but fills quickly during peak season.

- Airport transfers — Logan International (BOS) is the nearest major airport; taxis, ride-shares and shuttle services regularly serve Hull.

- Biking & walking — Walkable to beach and Pemberton Point; local sidewalks and bike routes make short trips easy in fair weather.



**HOUSE RULES (aka The Stuff That Keeps Everyone Happy)**

- Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. Your neighbors appreciate you not recreating a music festival at midnight.

- No parties or events. If your plan involves loud music or outdoor ragers, this isn't your vibe. We love fun, but the chill kind.

- Must be 25+ to book (proof of age maybe required).

- Stick to your guest count. Extra surprise visitors = not cool.

- No pets allowed (yes, even the "good ones").

- Adults: stay off the top bunks and trundles. Those are engineered for tiny humans, not your back problems.
