Exquisit 3 - Norderney

The "Exquisit 3" vacation rental is located in the "Exquisit" building, which was constructed in 2011 and features a total of 8 vacation rentals. The building is situated on a side street, just a few steps from the Kurplatz and the pedestrian zone. The “Exquisit 3” vacation apartment, located on the first floor of the building, is accessible without steps and features an elevator. This apartment also has a small balcony.

The “Exquisit 3” apartment is modernly furnished and accommodates up to 2 people. The living room features an open layout with an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel warmer, and underfloor heating.

A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the shared basement. Bicycles can be parked in front of the house. The beach is only about 700 meters away, making it just a few minutes’ walk. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the vacation rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
