The space
Designed with groups in mind, this spacious mountain home offers three private bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and additional sleeping accommodations with pull-out sofas in both the loft and living room, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The open-concept layout provides plenty of room for everyone to gather while still offering comfortable spaces to spread out and relax.
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy, and the dining and living areas create a welcoming place to reconnect after a day of adventure. Large windows showcase beautiful mountain views, while the loft provides an additional space for guests to unwind, play games, or enjoy a quiet moment. Step outside onto the walkout deck to enjoy your morning coffee, fire up the grill for dinner, or simply relax and take in the fresh mountain air.
Located directly across from Lake Granby and Beacon Landing Marina, guests can easily rent a boat, spend the day fishing, paddleboarding, or enjoying time on the water. Take in breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain range and enjoy the convenience of being just minutes from some of Colorado's most sought-after outdoor destinations. Whether you're boating on the lake, hiking scenic trails, spotting local wildlife, snowmobiling through fresh powder, skiing nearby resorts, or exploring the beauty of Grand County, opportunities for adventure and relaxation are endless in every season.
Just a short drive from Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park, this home serves as the perfect basecamp for creating lasting memories with family and friends.
Please note that the property is shared, as the lower-level basement unit may be occupied during your stay. The upper-level home offered in this listing has its own private entrance and dedicated living space. There are no shared indoor common areas, and the only shared area on the property is the driveway, allowing guests to enjoy their stay with privacy and comfort.
Hot tub is located at the back end of property. Please use proper footwear and use caution when accessing at night.
Stairs are required to enter the home.
Please be aware of bears, mountain lions, moose and other wildlife while at the property. Do not leave food or trash outside or in vehicles as this may attract wildlife. Use extreme caution with Moose and their offspring.
Pets are prohibited on all national park trails, tundra and meadows. Pets can accompany you only on established roads, parking areas campgrounds & picnic areas. If you plan to do a longer hike or spend extended time away, kennels are provided in the garage, or consider dropping your dog off at doggie daycare with Mountain Mongrels in Granby.
Disclaimer: This is a mountain property, and conditions can vary with the seasons. Please be cautious of snow and ice, as melting and refreezing can create slippery surfaces. Be aware of wildlife in the area and avoid leaving food or trash outside. Uneven terrain is common—watch your step on pathways and outdoor areas. Exercise caution around the hot tub, as deep snow and ice may be present, making the area slippery. Stay safe and enjoy your time in the mountains!
