Main Level

The heart of the home features a spacious open-concept living area with soaring ceilings, a stunning stone fireplace, and a 65” 4K Roku TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, full-size appliances, and everything needed for large groups and family meals.

The formal dining area seats up to 16 guests comfortably, making it perfect for holiday dinners, celebrations, or group gatherings.

The primary suite is located on the main floor and includes:

Enjoy Lake Norman from your private deep-water dock located in a quiet protected cove.

Boat and jet ski rentals are available locally and can often be delivered directly to the dock for convenience.

IMPORTANT NOTES

★ Pool is open year-round. Pool heating is available for $50/day with 3-day minimum.
★ Hot tub available year-round at no extra charge.
★ No parties, events, or loud music permitted. Please respect neighboring homes.
★Home holds 18 guests
★ Up to 2 pets allowed with $250 pet fee. Additional pets require approval.
★ Parking for approximately 6–8 vehicles.
★ Professionally cleaned and maintained.
