The "Ankerplatz 2" vacation rental is the ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities. Whether it’s hiking or biking—which are now also offered as customized tours by Ranzow Castle— through Jasmund National Park to the famous chalk cliffs, or trips to a variety of attractions along Rügen’s east coast, such as Cape Arkona in the north or the beach resorts of Binz and Sellin in the south.

The living space of approximately 67 square meters is perfectly laid out. Here, you can feel right at home on vacation. Since we know how important a good night’s sleep is for a perfect vacation, you’ll find a high-quality box-spring bed in the cozy bedroom, so that every day can begin with positive energy for exploring the beautiful island of Rügen. The walk-in closet, accessible from the bedroom, is definitely an added highlight and offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe.

If needed, a smart TV in the living room provides additional entertainment. The kitchen has everything you need and is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and more. The inviting bathroom features not only a walk-in rain shower but also a bathtub—wonderful for especially cold days. You could say it’s a little wellness oasis. Perfect for starting the day and unwinding after an eventful day.

The apartment is located on the top floor (1st floor). There is no elevator. A covered parking space is right next to the building and is included in the rental price. Check-in is via a key box or by picking up the key at the Schloss Ranzow reception desk—about 200 away.

From the magnificent sun terrace, you’ll be treated every day to a breathtaking view of the national park and the beautifully integrated 18-hole Schloss Ranzow golf course. Not to mention the spectacular sunrises and sunsets, which are among the most intense on the island of Rügen.
