The building's location provides proximity to the city center, a park with an outdoor swimming pool, water slides and a cycling cafe, and a venue for festival concerts, as well as the Poznań Fair. Walking to the Poznan Palm House will take about 15 minutes. The neighborhood is well connected to the center and the main tourist attractions of Poznan, and has very good access to public transportation. The property is 700 m from the Arena Poznan and less than 4 km from Poznan's Old Market Square. Opposite the building there is a Żabka store, and in the vicinity of the apartment there are also many restaurants, cafes and other retail and service outlets.
