A stylish vacation home with approximately 90 square meters of living space and three bedrooms awaits you. The vacation home features a private parking space, a small garden area sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, and a terrace. Welcome to our beautiful, approximately 90-square-meter vacation home at the mill, not far from the North Sea coast. The vacation home can accommodate up to 6 adults plus a toddler (crib available) and was built in 2003. Our well-maintained semi-detached home is situated on a spacious lot in a quiet new development. It’s the ideal, spacious vacation home for families, cyclists, and those seeking relaxation. The house features a terrace and a small lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture is provided. Ample parking is available right next to the house. In this 90-square-meter vacation home, you’ll find plenty of space to feel right at home. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a large dining set, a sofa, and a TV; a separate kitchen-dining area with a bright, built-in kitchen and a light-colored dining set; an utility room with a side entrance door and a washing machine; a guest restroom; and a hallway. Upstairs, you’ll find three well-equipped bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two separate beds, and one with a bunk bed), as well as a large bathroom with a separate shower, tub, and toilet. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 100 euros in cash is required. Enjoy your vacation with us on the North Sea. The central location is an ideal starting point for interesting day trips, such as the “Ewiges Meer”—the largest raised bog area—with its wooden boardwalk, walk-in wind turbine, rose garden, Nenndorf Mill, and more. The East Frisian North Sea coast is quickly accessible from Westerholt. In just 10 minutes, for example, you can reach the North Sea coastal town of Neßmersiel, where mudflat hikes to the East Frisian island of Baltrum begin. The nearest beaches on the North Sea are in Dornumersiel (13 km) and Bensersiel (18 km). Westerholt is an ideal starting point for exploring various destinations along the North Sea, the East Frisian islands, and amusement parks, as well as recreational pools, saunas, and wellness centers. Outdoor sports are especially fun and keep the body healthy. There’s something for everyone. The truly adventurous venture out onto the sea and become one with the wind and the North Sea while kitesurfing or surfing. Flying kites or building sandcastles on the beach brings joy not only to children’s hearts. Plus, the fresh air invigorates both young and old. The white sandy beach offers plenty of space for everything you could want—from quiet pleasures like walks and relaxing in a beach chair to having fun with others through games and sports. For those who prefer a very peaceful experience, we recommend yoga on the beach. Things pick up a bit with Nordic walking. The Holtriem region is a paradise for cyclists. The approximately 48-kilometer-long Holtriem Hiking Trail winds through Holtriem’s scenic landscapes and connects existing farm roads into an attractive circular hiking route. The Holtriem Hiking Trail is well-marked and is gradually being enhanced with shelters and information boards. There’s also a bike rental service on site.
