Alte Teestube 36 - Ney Eye

The "Ney Eye" vacation rental in the "Alte Teestube" apartment building on Norderney offers a combination of a central location and direct access to the sea. The apartment is located on the first floor, facing the quieter inland side. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a separate area featuring a sleeper sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a natural stone shower.

The apartment also features a balcony with Bankirai wood decking. A highlight of the complex is the on-site swimming pool, which is available to guests free of charge. Please note: In January and February, the swimming pool is partially closed due to annual renovations.

A coin-operated sauna is also available. Likewise, the shared washing machine and dryer require coins to operate.

The Ney Eye vacation apartment also warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (a 15-minute walk across the beach).

The beach is located directly in front of the apartment building. Restaurants and other shopping options are available within a radius of approximately 500 meters. A bicycle parking area is located in the courtyard of the apartment building.

From 02.02.2025 to 16.02.2025, the swimming pool is closed.
