On the first floor, you’ll find spacious common areas that invite you to linger:
The house’s main hall is perfect for eating and drinking; here you’ll find large tables where you can dine together on what you’ve prepared in the communal kitchen—and maybe someone will even play the piano for you? You can also light a cozy fire in this area and wind down the evening in comfort.

A real highlight is the spacious suite—nearly 120 square meters—which begins on the first floor and spans two stories. The entryway is the fireplace room, complete with cozy couches in front of the fireplace, a reading nook, and a round table where you and your loved ones can play board games. The expansive window front offers a view of the beautiful garden and park grounds. From here, you enter the living area, which includes a private, open kitchen and a combined living and dining area. The central staircase leads upstairs to the bedroom and the modern bathroom. The suite can accommodate up to 6 people (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m on the upper floor; sofa bed and single bed on the first floor)

The other private rooms are located on the second floor of the cottage, which is accessible via an old wooden staircase.
In addition to the “Lütte” apartment, there is another apartment here: the maisonette apartment. Both rooms are also equipped with their own bathrooms. The Maisonette and the “Lütte” share the communal kitchen and living room.

The “Lütte” Apartment:
The “Lütte” Apartment is located on the upper floor. It can accommodate up to 3 people. From here, you step directly into the vast park grounds with an adjoining private forest. For children especially, this is a true adventure playground all to themselves. In the evening, you can sit by our fire pit and gaze out over the vast expanse of Holstein Switzerland. Every now and then, you’ll hear the soothing snorting of our horses, and perhaps you’ll even spot a deer at dusk?
Guest Access
Whenever possible, we’ll welcome you to our farm in person. Our dog Django also loves to say “hello.” He’s a bit boisterous, but always sweet!

You can park for free right here on our farm. Either in the front courtyard or via a private driveway right in front of the cottage. We’ll show you where to park or give you directions in advance.

Due to the age of our country estate, it is not wheelchair accessible. Some of the walkways are uneven, and stairs must be climbed to reach the bedrooms. For more information, please be sure to contact us. We can provide you with detailed information about what is possible (and can be arranged) and what we would not recommend.
Additional important information:
We have a 100-year-old country estate, so the building’s structure reflects its age.

The cottage has its own small grove of trees that adjoins the small park area and is especially inviting for children to play. You’ll also find horses, goats, cats, dogs, and chickens on our farm; all of which guests are welcome to admire, but please touch them only with prior permission and under no circumstances feed
