Our cozy and brightly decorated apartment offers a stunning view of the marina and the North Sea coast.

The one-room apartment is approximately 40 square meters in size and is suitable for 2 people.

The vacation rental is smoke-free. Please note that pets are not permitted. The furnishings are like new and tastefully selected. During the summer season, the balcony is equipped with appropriate furniture.

The spacious sun terrace is accessible directly from the apartment.

The apartment building has 2 elevators. You can also conveniently access the on-site pool from here.

Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be booked for an additional fee. Free parking is available at the building, as is the heated, approximately 70-square-meter swimming pool on the first floor. The swimming pool is a complimentary amenity of the vacation rental and is not a guaranteed feature. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Laundry tokens are available at the front desk.

With over 90 apartments, this complex has the perfect vacation accommodation for you: from a modern apartment for a long weekend for two to a vacation rental for a family vacation. From the building, you can reach the town center and the beach within a 5- to 8-minute walk, so you won’t need your car.

A special feature is certainly our on-site swimming pool, access to which is already included in the price for many of the apartments. This means you can go for a swim even when the tide is low. From many of the apartments, you’ll also always have a view of the sea.
