This small, very cozy, and lovingly furnished apartment offers a complete break from your everyday life with its view of the sea. Here, the opportunity to relax and daydream isn’t left by the wayside—in short: vacation
The apartment, just under 30 square meters, offers everything you need for your vacation. This studio apartment is equipped with a dining area and a double bed. The price is for one person; a second person pays a surcharge.

The front desk and elevators are located on the first floor.
Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee. Free parking is available on-site, as is the heated, approximately 70-square-meter swimming pool on the first floor. The swimming pool is a complimentary amenity of the vacation rental and is not a guaranteed feature. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Laundry tokens are available at the front desk.

From the building, you can reach the town center and the beach in 5–8 minutes on foot, so you won’t need your car.

A special feature is certainly our on-site swimming pool, access to which is included in the price for many of the apartments. This means you can go for a swim even when the tide is out. From many of the apartments, you’ll also always have a view of the sea.
