Your vacation rental No. 21 at Haus am Teich is a 3-room duplex apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor and, with approximately 67 m² of living space, features a north-east-facing balcony, a living room with a kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 100 meters away.

The living and dining room has laminate flooring and, of course, a TV. Here you’ll also find a sofa and an armchair for cozy TV nights.

In the first bedroom, the comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) promises a restful night’s sleep. The closet offers plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The second bedroom (attic) features a sleeper sofa and a single bed. The floor in the first bedroom is laminate, and the floor in the second bedroom is carpeted. Both bedrooms have a TV.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is equipped with plenty of dishes, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a dishwasher. Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower.

An outdoor parking space is located right next to the house. Bicycles you bring with you can also be stored safely here. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in separate rooms within the vacation complex. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available!

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

The “Haus am Teich” vacation complex is located one block back from Dünenweg in a quiet yet central location in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 100 meters away.

Wi-Fi is available in all apartments (subject to availability).

Pets are allowed in some apartments.

A designated parking spot for your car is reserved either in the underground garage next to the building or in the outdoor parking lot.

A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building’s basement for doing your vacation laundry. You can store your bicycles in the communal storage room in the underground parking garage.
