On the first floor, there is a large banquet hall with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a grill and a table that seats more than 20 people. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine.

On the first floor, there are two additional rooms with double beds and pull-out sofas. Total capacity on the first floor: 4+3 people.
On the second floor, there are three rooms—one double room and one triple room, each with its own spacious terrace. The third room features a kitchenette and a sofa. Capacity: 5+2 people.

On the third floor, there are 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined together. There is also a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a sofa. The terrace offers a unique view of the sea and the forest. Total capacity: 4+3 guests.
Each floor has a spacious bathroom with a shower.

An extra bed can be added to any room upon request!

The house features a large garden, a large outdoor pool (8x4), and a hot tub. There is plenty of space around the pool, and there is also a covered pavilion here.
