This home features 1 full bathroom with a tub, shower, and washer and dryer on the 1st floor and another full bath with a stand up shower on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 1 queen bed and the other with 2 queen beds, a sitting area/55” smart TV, and balcony. The first floor also has two bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and 55” smart TV and the other with 2 twin daybeds. The main area has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, 65” smart TV and dining for 10, along with plenty of seating for lounging around. The house has central heat and air conditioning and a mini-split heat pump/AC to make the second floor more comfortable. Parking available on the gravel driveway and cement parking pad for 3-4 cars.
The beach is right outside the door so no need to go anywhere or pack anything up to enjoy a beach day on Lake Huron!

Just 5 minutes away, downtown Au Gres offers a variety of restaurants, convenience store, post office, groceries, and our favorite Cauffee Espresso Bar and Bakery.

Anchor Pub, about 1 mile away, offers food, drinks, outdoor patio, live music most Saturdays at 8pm and trivia night on Wednesdays.

IGA grocery store and pharmacy is only a 5 minute drive in Au Gres.

Tube or Canoe down the Rifle River - Riverbend Campground and Canoe Rental in Omer is just a 15 minute drive

Just a 20 minute drive north of Au Gres, East Tawas offers more shops, restaurants, boardwalk and an ice cream shop overlooking a public beach.

Guests can enjoy the entire house except for 2 locked managers closets on the second floor and the garage.
