The Lohansler Hütte vacation home was newly built and completed in September 2021. It is situated in a unique, secluded location surrounded by nature on a large property featuring a natural stream and pond. The home offers approximately 160 m² of living space for up to 8 guests. You reach the living area from the outside via an access ramp that symbolizes a barn driveway. This entrance leads to a large covered terrace with a lovely seating area. From this terrace, you enter the spacious living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. The view from the kitchen through a large panoramic window is impressive and stretches from the “Hündle” to the “Fluh” in the nearby Steibis ski area. The exposed beams throughout the living area create a particularly cozy atmosphere, enhanced by a cozy Swedish wood-burning stove. The high-quality, modern kitchen is equipped with brand-name appliances, including a fridge-freezer combo, dishwasher, oven, and large induction cooktop. Together with the adjacent cozy dining area, the entire space invites you to cook and enjoy each other’s company. There is plenty of dishware, silverware, and other cooking utensils available. Adjacent to the living area is a double bedroom with light-colored ash wood furniture and a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The separate restroom is accessible from the living area. A wooden staircase leads to the large entryway with a coat closet on the first floor, which is also accessible from the outside. There you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate restroom. Also located on the first floor are a garage and an utility room with a washer and dryer. From all rooms, you have a magnificent view of the natural surroundings, which you can also enjoy from two large terraces. The Schindelberg neighborhood is within sight and can be reached in about a 10-minute walk. There are two inns there. The Lohansler Hütte is located about a 10- to 15-minute drive from the center of Oberstaufen in the Schindelberg neighborhood. Restaurants and stores for daily needs are within a 5-minute drive. Since the house features high-quality oak parquet flooring, we ask that you please do not wear outdoor shoes inside. Please note that during the winter months, snow chains may be required to drive to the house.
