It’s idyllically situated in the eastern part of the island’s town center—not far from the beach and shops.The apartment features a second level, accessed via a staircase leading to the second bedroom. From the modern, open-concept living-dining area, you can step directly onto the balcony, which offers a view of the surrounding gardens. In addition to the spacious shower room with a heated towel rack, there is an utility room.The furnishings are like new and furnished according to modern standards.

The built-in kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
