The 61 m² Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, lalo09, in the Lütjeod apartment building on Langeoog—featuring a luxurious 30 m² balcony terrace—accommodates up to 4 people and is situated in a prime, central location in the island town. In this tastefully furnished vacation apartment, you’ll find your vacation home on the car-free East Frisian island of Langeoog, in the heart of the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.

The location
The bright apartment faces southeast and is located on the first floor of the building. The North Sea and the island’s kilometer-long, fine-sand beach are about 1,000 meters away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, bakeries, restaurants, and small fashion and souvenir shops, as well as a bike rental service. Attractions such as the water tower, the island church, and the Maritime Museum are waiting to be discovered.


Amenities This modern, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and 4-burner induction cooktop, as well as a cozy living-dining area. The living area features a 43-inch SMART TV and a Bluetooth speaker.

There are two separate bedrooms, or sleeping areas: an alcove with a box-spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), separated from the hallway by a curtain, and a separate bedroom with a double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a closet. You can only access the separate bedroom via the hallway, past the small alcove sleeping area.

The bathroom features a towel warmer, rain shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and vanity mirror. This cozy apartment also offers a beautiful, sunny balcony terrace facing southeast, complete with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request.
