The apartment has approximately 46 square meters of living space and is located in a quiet apartment building. A seating area in the garden is available for your use during your stay. A parking space is located in front of the building. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We look forward to your stay. Our beautiful vacation rental is located on the top floor and offers approximately 46 square meters of living space. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa, a dining table, a dresser, and an armchair. The bedroom features a cozy double bed, a wardrobe, and a dresser. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer space, and dishwasher. The new bathroom features a shower and bathtub, a toilet, and a sink. The bathroom has underfloor heating. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. Wi-Fi is, of course, free of charge. Situated in a quiet, green area, our vacation rental is still close to downtown. Restaurants are easily accessible on foot. It’s an ideal starting point for walks or bike rides.
