result in additional fees.

No Parties or events. This home is intended for quiet, respectful stays only. Parties, events, or large
gatherings are not permitted. Please be mindful of neighbors at all times.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially outdoors.

Guest Count: Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. Please do not exceed
the maximum occupancy listed in your booking.

Patio Fire Table is available for your enjoyment during your stay. For everyone`s safety, please use it
responsibly, never leave it unattended while in use, and ensure it is completely turned off before going
back inside or retiring for the evening.

BBQ Grill: We love a good BBQ as much as you do! Feel free to fire up the grill and enjoy a meal
outdoors during your stay. We simply ask that you clean the grill after each use so it`s ready for the next
guests.

Trash: Please place all trash in the designated outdoor bins and keep the home tidy during your stay.

Septic System: This home is on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper and dispose of feminine
hygeine items in the garbage.

Security & Safety: Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home. Do not tamper with security
devices or smart home equipment.

Damages & accidents happen. Please notify us immediately of any damage or issues so we can address
them promptly.
