A ski-path runs right behind the house from the Schmittenhöhe mountain into the centre of Zell am See, meaning you can ski directly to and away from this Chalet. The bus stops right in front of your door and takes you into town or to the base station of the cable cars in just a few minutes.
The interior of the chalet is in typical Austrian style with a large and cozy open-plan living area and a tiled fireplace.

- bedroom 3: double-bed + 2 single beds (bunk-bed), bathroom and toilet

- small spare room attached to the bedroom (no door)
