Vacation Apartment No. 98 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 2-room apartment measuring approximately 49 m² on the first floor, accommodating up to 3 people.

You’ll have access to a living room with a dining area, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a south-facing balcony, which you can reach from the living area.

In the living room, the double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) can be converted into a bed in no time at all. The modern dining area offers plenty of space. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV and a radio with a CD player.

In the kitchen, which is integrated into the living area, you’ll find plenty of dishes for preparing your meals, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner stove, an oven, and a microwave.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet for your clothes. To block out the light, there are curtains and blackout pleated blinds on the window. The living and sleeping area has tile flooring.

The bathroom features a shower and a toilet. You’ll be staying in a non-smoking apartment where 1 pet is allowed. There are 2 bicycles available for your use (subject to availability). You can access the apartment via a metal staircase.

An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises you plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, provide a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
