Holidays directly at the lake!



This cosy holiday home is located directly at the waterfront of the lake Rottnen. You will have here a veranda which is directly facing the water and a fantastic view of the lake.



The holiday home has a spacious kitchen and a living room in the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The holiday home has totally up to six places to sleep, including the sofa bed in the living room.



The nearest grocer´s shop willl be found in the locality of Gräsmark, about 1 kilometer away. The winter paradise of Sunne with its ski installation you will find at a distance of about 19 kilometers. Other destinations for excursions could be among other things the zoo of Rottneros, the exotic water park, which was opened in 2006, or Mårbacka, the house where the Swedish writer Selma Lagerlöf („The Wonderful Adventures of Nils“) was born.



Rowboat and 2 bikes included. Lake Rottnen is rich in fish and up the river one can explore unspoiled nature. The boat is easy to row over to a shallow beach.



A recent staircase leads down to a private, secluded beach.
