Beautiful Cottage on the water with a dock for lake access! Quiet and cozy!

Make lasting memories at this unique and family-friendly Lake house on the water. Enjoy fishing and boat access on the private dock complemented with stringlighting. Relax on the 2nd story deck overlooking Big Bear bay with year round views or down on the large patio area with integrated fire pit and bench swing. Stream your favorite show and send that email you forgot using our 100mb fiber-optic WiFi. New restaraunt located just down the street with all the best fixings.

The space
We offer a dock, kayaks, life jackets, a fire pit, propane grill, free parking, wifi, and beautiful balcony views. All of these elements combined add up to a quiet, cozy stay!

Guest access
IMPORTANT LAKE ACCESS INFO: The channel where the dock is located behind the garage is fed by Big Bear bay during March-September. The levels begin to drop mid August making our dock not accessible by boat from then until March. However, there is a loading ramp in our neighborhood that guest are able to use to put their boat in and still enjoy the lake! Our driveway is long enough to easily hold a trailer+boat. We also are within 2 miles from a marina, we have listed many nearby options in the description under “Boating.”

Two Kayaks are on site for guest to enjoy! Life jackets are also provided and must be worn at all times while using them.

The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Bedroom 1 has a King bed, Bedroom 2 has a full bed. The living room couch pulls out into a full bed.

There are 2 decks, 1 of them is overlooking Big Bear bay. There is 1 large patio with an integrated fire pit and a bench swing.
