The house—which we like to call the “Hay Hotel”—is surrounded by fields and situated in a quiet location, about 300 meters from the end of a cul-de-sac that leads to a forest. The neighboring properties are about 100 meters away on both sides, which guarantees you complete privacy. Located between Anklam and Wolgast, it takes about 20 minutes by car to reach the Baltic Sea beach on the island of Usedom. In the neighboring towns of Hohensee and Pulow, there are also beautiful lakes that are perfect for swimming.
Our natural garden covers just under 3,000 square meters and consists of lawns, natural meadows, a herb hill, and fruit trees, and is home to a pond with frogs, amphibians, and other animals. The garden’s natural state also attracts many species of birds. In the spring and fall, migratory birds rest in the surrounding fields, which can be easily observed from our property. At night, there is a wonderful tranquility (the village road is about 1 km away as the crow flies), and on cloudless nights, countless stars can be seen. With a little patience, you can also spot numerous shooting stars in the summer.
The house has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, making it ideal for families (a high chair is available). One of the bedrooms is a walk-through room that leads to the third bedroom. There is also a living room/library with a TV and a fireplace, which you’re welcome to use. Gas heating is also available for the colder months. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your pets, but please note that the garden is not completely fenced in.
Please note that we do not provide bed linens or towels; you’ll need to bring your own. Thank you very much.
We look forward to your visit.
