The bright and welcoming living area is the heart of this apartment, featuring large windows that let in the sunshine and create a warm atmosphere. The fold-out bed (80x200 mattress) in the living room provides plenty of space during the day and transforms into a cozy sleeping area for two at night. The spacious sofa area is perfect for relaxing evenings, while the small but charming dining nook offers the ideal spot for shared meals.

In the compact kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your own meals. The small, interior bathroom provides all the amenities you need for personal hygiene.

The beautiful, spacious balcony is perfect for spending mornings together or enjoying sunny afternoons, and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding area.

In the basement, you’ll find a coin-operated washer and dryer available for general use, as well as a bike rack and a parking space for your vehicle.

High-quality premium linen packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linen package per person.
Each Premium Linen Package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed; 1 large shower towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 dish towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest fee due.
