This is a self-contained one-bedroom unit occupying the lower level of a Hollywood Hills home, with its own private entrance and no shared spaces with any other occupants on the property. It is a true one-bedroom, not a studio, and functions as a fully independent home.

Once inside, you step down to the lower level where the living room opens up with a large television and a decorative fireplace. The space has been thoughtfully renovated while preserving the Hollywood Hills character of the original architecture - the bones and the feel of the home belong here, and everything guests use has been freshly updated.

The kitchen is compact and well suited for a short stay or extended retreat. It includes a full-size refrigerator, a toaster oven, and a sink. There is no full stove in this unit, which is worth noting for guests who plan to cook regularly. A dining table with seating for three sits just adjacent to the kitchen.

Down the hallway, windows look out toward the view. The bedroom features a queen bed, two nightstands, blackout shutters on all windows, and a small fold-down desk with seating - a thoughtful touch for anyone working remotely or traveling for business. The bathroom is full, with a shower, sink, and toilet finished in classic pink tile that adds a quiet nod to the home`s original era.

The deck is the centerpiece of the stay. Furnished with seating and planters, it looks out over the entire city of Los Angeles. A fence at the end of the property clearly defines the outdoor space as entirely yours. This is where guests spend their time - morning coffee, evening sunsets, or simply sitting with the view. Hollywood Hills has a particular quality that is difficult to find elsewhere in the city, and this deck is the best expression of it.

The unit is well suited for a single traveler or couple, whether the stay is for business, a longer work trip, or simply time away in one of LA`s most iconic neighborhoods.


This is a fully self-contained unit with its own private entrance, separate from the main house. Guests access the unit through a dedicated side gate and have no shared spaces with any other occupants on the property. There will be no one else in your space during your stay.

The home sits in Hollywood Hills East, a quiet and residential pocket of the broader Hollywood Hills. The Hollywood Bowl is walking distance, a meaningful draw for guests visiting during the summer season. Franklin Village is a short drive down the hill, with coffee, dining, and everyday conveniences. The 101 freeway provides easy access to Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Hollywood, and Downtown, all within 10 to 20 minutes.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you`re an explorer, we recommend a car.

The Hollywood Bowl is within walking distance for those with tickets. For everything else, Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the 101 is easily accessible from the neighborhood.

Note: No on-site parking is available at this property. Street parking is available in the surrounding area.

Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc.). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.
