The vacation rental is tastefully furnished and has everything you could want. Enjoy the sunset on the cozy, covered terrace and the adjacent green space. There’s a sandbox for the children in the green space. The apartment is approximately 60 square meters and accommodates up to 5 adults and 1 child, with an additional crib for a toddler up to 2 years old. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. Enjoy your stay with us. The 60-square-meter apartment is modern and equipped with contemporary amenities. The bright kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A modern seating area is adjacent to the kitchen. The living room features a cozy corner sofa and a flat-screen TV. One bedroom is furnished with a 180x200 double bed and a 140x200 double bed. A sofa bed for two people in the connecting room provides additional sleeping space. The newly renovated bathroom features a shower, toilet, stylish sink, and a washing machine. We also provide bed linens and towels free of charge. You can enjoy breakfast at the neighboring hotel by making a reservation. The Zur Linde restaurant is located right nearby. There, you can enjoy home-style, affordable meals ranging from a breakfast buffet to dinner. In the summer, the beer garden is a great place to relax. Good access to the A4 (3 km), good connections to nearby cities (Dresden, Görlitz, Bautzen, Kamenz, Bischofswerda, Hoyerswerda), to numerous attractions (St. Marienstern Monastery, Dinosaur Park, Maze, Zittau Mountains, Lusatian Lake District, Sorbian cultural heritage...), and a variety of recreational activities (e.g., the Horka diving lake).
